Community Manager
With over 30 years of experience serving older adults, Kirsten brings a deep passion and extensive background to our community. Her career spans independent living, assisted living, memory care, home health, and hospice care, giving her a unique, well-rounded understanding of the needs of seniors and their families. Kirsten is dedicated to creating a warm, support environment where residents can thrive, stay connected, and feel truly at home.
Ryan Pyle
Owner
Ryan is the owner of Westgate 55+ Apartments and leads the property management company responsible for the community’s day-to-day operations.
His goal has always been simple: create a place where residents feel comfortable, respected, and truly at home. Ryan believes that independent living should offer both freedom and connection — spacious homes, responsive service, and a community where neighbors know each other.
Ryan and his team focus heavily on maintaining the building, responding quickly to resident needs, and making Westgate a place people are proud to call home.

Jeff Taft
Maintenance Manager
Jeff serves as the Maintenance Manager at Westgate 55+ Apartments and has been part of the community since 2008. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of the building and takes great pride in making sure residents’ homes remain comfortable, safe, and well cared for.
Jeff leads a team of four maintenance technicians and works hard to ensure service requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Whether it’s routine maintenance or an unexpected repair, his goal is to make life easier for residents so they can focus on enjoying their homes without worry.
Jeff believes that great maintenance is about more than fixing things — it’s about making residents feel supported and cared for every day.
